Born and raised in Colorado, Victoria brings a diverse background and a passion for helping others to her role as a Recruiter with Blue Pebble. Before transitioning into Real Estate, Victoria served as an EMT and CCT EMT, providing critical care and support in high-pressure situations. This experience honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and building strong relationships—qualities that have proven invaluable in her Real Estate career.

After entering the Real Estate industry about a year and a half ago, Victoria began as an agent, quickly gaining insight into the industry's inner workings. She then transitioned into internal sales and new agent recruiting, leveraging her understanding of the business to help build a thriving team.
